Terms and Conditions: Key Points Explained
When you use SpinGrande, you’re agreeing to a set of rules that govern how the platform works and what’s expected from both sides. This article breaks down the key points found on the main SpinGrande page in plain language. It’s not a substitute for reading the full agreement, but it covers what most players actually need to know.
Who Runs SpinGrande
SpinGrande is managed by Luckland Group B.V. and holds Master Gaming Licence OGL/2024/494/0671, issued by the General Governor of Curaçao. The company is registered in Gebouw, Curaçao, under registration number 136509, incorporated on 16 July 2015.
Several other entities are connected to the operation:
- Luckland Group Ltd (Reg No. HE414610) — based in Limassol, Cyprus. Handles payment processing activities.
- Luckland Services Ltd (Reg No. 1859656) — registered in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Established January 2015.
- Meg Services Ltd (Reg No. 109108) — registered in the Marshall Islands.
Creating an Account
To register and play for real money, you need to meet a few basic requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old, or above the legal gambling age in your country
- Live somewhere that doesn’t prohibit online gambling
- Complete the registration process on the site
Everything you submit during sign-up needs to be accurate. If details don’t match later — for example, when verifying your identity or processing a payment — your account may be flagged or suspended.
Your personal data is handled in line with SpinGrande’s Privacy Policy. Information isn’t shared externally except where the law requires it, or with service providers and payment partners needed to run the platform. Limited data may also be used for marketing, under confidentiality conditions.
Agreeing to the Rules
When you tick the box accepting SpinGrande’s Terms and Conditions during registration, you’re confirming that you’ve read and understood the full agreement — including the General Bonus Rules and Privacy Policy. That constitutes a binding contract between you and SpinGrande.
Placing Bets
SpinGrande accepts wagers on games listed on the website. Each game has its own rules, and those apply alongside the general terms. If there’s a system error or malfunction during gameplay, affected bets may be voided.
You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account credentials. Keep your username and password private — especially away from anyone underage. All bets are recorded in SpinGrande’s transaction database, and that record is considered final.
Account Rules and Restrictions
By using the platform, you’re confirming several things:
- You’re of legal gambling age
- Your deposits don’t come from illegal sources
- You’re solely responsible for your account activity
- You won’t try to disrupt the service or interfere with other users
- You accept outcomes generated by the random number generator
- You acknowledge that third-party payment processors may hold funds if fraud is suspected
- You’ll keep your account details up to date
There’s also a wagering activity requirement worth knowing about. Players need to wager at least 30% of the balance accumulated in the last seven days before a withdrawal can be processed. If this condition isn’t met for four or more consecutive weeks, SpinGrande reserves the right to close the account.
SpinGrande can suspend or permanently close an account, void winnings, or withhold funds under certain circumstances:
- Registration details don’t match payment method information
- Fraud or cheating is suspected
- A payment is charged back
- Identity documents aren’t provided within six months of being requested
- The account holder turns out to be underage
- The account is accessed from a restricted country
- Deposited funds are linked to criminal activity
- Bots, software exploits, or collusion are involved
- Someone other than the account owner is using it
The platform also reserves the right to decline new registrations, refuse specific bets, adjust games and tournaments, run credit or background checks, and remove balances from accounts that have been inactive for 48 months.
Complaints are handled seriously. If an issue can’t be resolved internally, it can be referred to an independent arbitrator.
Software and Intellectual Property
Everything on the SpinGrande website — software, logos, trademarks, content, and multimedia — belongs to SpinGrande or its licensors. You’re granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. That licence is revoked automatically if your account is closed.
You can’t reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of it without written permission.
The software is provided as-is. SpinGrande doesn’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. If a system failure affects a wager, that bet may be voided and any associated winnings cancelled. Liability is limited to whichever is lower: the actual win amount or €10,000.
Withdrawals and Payments
A few things to know before requesting a withdrawal:
- The minimum deposit to make a withdrawal eligible is €20
- Deposits must be fully wagered before a withdrawal can be requested
- Weekly withdrawal limits are capped at €5,000. VIP players may be granted higher limits at the casino’s discretion
- Bank transfer withdrawals have a minimum of €100. A processing fee of up to €40 may apply
- Amounts below the minimum withdrawal threshold roll over until they meet the requirement
- Daily winnings are capped at €250,000 per player, unless a different limit has been agreed in writing with the VIP Department
Identity verification documents are typically required before withdrawals are processed. SpinGrande aims to pay out via your preferred method but may use an alternative if needed.
You’re responsible for any taxes on winnings. Chargebacks are not permitted — if one is initiated, you accept liability for the associated costs.
Winnings resulting from technical errors, software bugs, or any form of manipulation or fraud will not be honored.
Inactive Accounts
If your account goes five months without activity, SpinGrande will send an email notification. If there’s still no activity within the following month, the dormant account policy kicks in. Balances on accounts inactive for 48 months may be removed.
Closing Your Account
To close your account, send an email to support@spingrande.com. You should receive confirmation within 48 hours. If you don’t hear back, follow up via live chat or phone.
Anti-Money Laundering
SpinGrande is required to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) laws and takes this seriously. Verification documents can be requested at any time — not just when withdrawing. Failing to provide them can lead to account suspension.
By registering, you confirm that your funds come from legitimate sources and that you’ll cooperate with any documentation requests. SpinGrande carries out ongoing due diligence and risk assessments based on individual account activity.
Refunds
Deposits that have already been wagered are non-refundable. Only remaining account balances may be considered for a refund.
Refund requests need to be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. Each case is reviewed individually, and the final decision cannot be appealed. Full account verification — in line with SpinGrande’s Age and Verification policy — is required before any refund is processed. Additional documentation may be requested depending on the case.
